POOL SUMMERIZING SERVICES

SUMMERIZING INFORMATION - WHAT IS INCLUDED

NOTE: POOL MUST BE FULL AND ELECTRICAL ON. IF A RETURN TRIP IS REQUIRED THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
• 5 gallons of liquid shock, 1quart algaecide treatment. (All other chemicals are additional and will be billed at the summerizing).

• Water testing: Compute pool capacity and perform water test for proper balancing • Balancing pool water with appropriate chemicals • Fill automatic chlorinator • Replacement and inspection of diving boards, ladders, lights, handrails, skimmer baskets, & return fittings • Starting & operational check of filtration system, pump, motor, heater, and automatic vacuum systems • Safety check on accessories, equipment and tripping hazards around pool, etc • Inspect electrical and wiring for worn or malfunctioning electrical equipment • Inspect pump, motor, filter, and heater for proper sizing and efficiency • Drain, remove water tubes, leave at pool side with cover • Remove dry cover, roll & fold, leave at pool side • If cover has any water or leaves on it, there will be a minimum charge of $75 • Pools treated with Bacquacil will be additional.

AVAILABLE SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN SUMMERIZING PRICE - WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD ON FILE:
Chemicals for water balancing, replacement parts, leaf removal, vacuuming, attached or detached spas (unless noted), irrigation system, separate buildings, pool houses with running water, fill lines, tennis courts, repair or re-assembly of equipment, equipment installation, leaks, replacing faceplates, filter reconditioning, diving board & light installation, cleaning solar blankets or winter covers. Brass anchor problems. Installation of alarm items and testing. Installation of drop-in step units will need additional charge and trip.

OIL FIRED HEATER SERVICE
• Removal of heater top - Brush out heat exchanger - inspect firebox - replace top • Acid washing of heat exchanger is additional if needed • Check time clock (if applicable) for operation of fireman's switch • Check thermostat, pressure switch and safety circuit to insure proper operation • Set water temperature heat rise for efficient operation • Oil burner service provided for an additional charge if needed.

PROPANE GAS HEATER SERVICE
• Removal of heater top - brush out heat exchanger & burner tray - inspect interior - inspect top • Check time clock (if applicable) for operation of fireman's switch • Check pilot generator, thermostat, pressure switch, & safety circuit to insure proper operation • Check heater jacket insulation for rodent damage • Set water temperature heat rise for efficient operation • Perform ohms resistance test on internal components.

HEAT PUMP SERVICE
• Removal of top grill - vacuum out leaves and debris • Check and clean evaporator • Check operational functions - Checks AMP and voltage running requirements to keep in specs • Test GFCI circuits and inspect control wires. Inspect plumbing and check for any leaks • Test for efficiency output.

POLARIS TUNE UP SERVICE
• Includes bearings, wheels, tires, belts, bag, axles, drive assembly and gears-if applicable • Inspect Polaris for any other parts that may be worn that will affect the performance • Customer will be notified if any other parts are necessary, after approval, parts will be installed and charged to your credit card on file. Test Polaris for proper operation before returning to customer.

POLARIS REBUILD SERVICE
• Includes every part except new frame, feed hose & pump • Test Polaris for proper operation. Customer will be notified if any other parts are necessary, after approval, parts will be installed and charged to your credit card on file.

SPRING CHEMICAL BOOST SERVICE
• Mesh covers include 5 Gallons Cloropool & 2 Quarts Algaecide, full water test, check equipment and water level.
• Solid covers include 5 Gallons Cloropool & 1 Quart Algaecide, full water test, check equipment and water level.

INSTRUCTIONAL / TUTORIAL
• Complete poolside onsite instructions covering how to: test water, clean your filter, vacuum, understanding what the pressure gauge does, how to operate the plumbing valves. What to do if something breaks, vacation recommendations, tips, tricks, energy, chemical and conservation information.... And much more.........
