HELPFUL HINTS
1. NEVER operate filter without DIATOMACEOUS EARTH (DE) in it.
2. Backwashing procedure could lower pool water ¼” to 1”, add water if necessary.
3. Before starting, prepare above amount of DE in bucket and set near the skimmer.
4. Change DE after vacuuming heavy sediment or debris.
5. Vacuum pool with the Multiport Valve Handle in the filter position (waste position if heavy sediment is present). NEVER vacuum to Rinse or Backwash.
6. If system is located below water level, make sure all inlet and outlet valves are closed when motor is off and open when motor is on.
7. Pool water clarity, from any condition, should improve within 3 day
