SPA WINTERIZING

• Drain spa, hook up industrial blower, blow out water from skimmer, bottom drain, spa jets, heater, air and water manifolds and air intake lines, add anti-freeze (1 gallon included.)
• Remove anti-vortex plates (if applicable,) remove plugs and/or caps from pump and/or filter system, remove union nuts and drain water (if applicable.)
• Remove water from bottom of spa, shut off power and re-cover spa with customer's cover (if applicable).
• Shut off power to spa (if accessible).
• Inspect filter cartridge, clean or replace if necessary (cost of filter cartridge not included in price).
• Check rigid cover for safety and wear. (No Charge to measure for new cover if needed)
• 1 gallon winter antifreeze (included in price)

RECOMMENDED FOR WINTER USE - FALL TUNE UP

• Operational check of filtration system, pump, motor, jets and heater, blower air intakes, flow switches, pressure switches, thermostat operation, ozonator, lights, time clock, and circuit board for overheated areas.
• Safety check on accessories, equipment and tripping or electrical hazards around spa, etc.
• Inspect electrical components and wiring for obvious worn, overheated or malfunctioning electrical equipment
• Inspection of suction grates for proper fit and check for possible entrapment hazard
• Inspect pumps for leakage, lubricate o-rings, etc.
• Inspect filter cartridge for wear, clean cartridge - if necessary.
• Inspect control wiring for over-heated or burnt wires, heater output, amp draw, power, and lights.
• Check circuit breaker for proper wiring and sizing, overheating and operation.
• Complete water test and analysis.
• Balance water (Chemicals included).

DRAIN & CLEAN: FREAH WATER FOR THE WINTER SEASON

• Drain spa water, clean and disinfect spa
• Refill with customer's water supply
• Inspection of suction grates for proper fit and check for possible entrapment hazard
• Inspect pumps for leakage, lubricate o-rings, etc.
• Inspect filter cartridge for wear, clean cartridge - if necessary.
• Complete water test and analysis.
• Balance water (Chemicals included).

BASIC CHEMICAL PACKAGE:

• 2 lb. Bromine or 2 lb. Chlorine
• 2 lb. Non Cl Shock
• 18oz. pH Decreaser & Increaser
• 1lb. Total Alkalinity Increaser
• 14oz. Calcium Hardness Increaser
• Dip Strips for Water Testing

MAINTENANCE SERVICE (WEEKLY, BI MONTHLY, MONTHLY):

• Complete water test and analysis
• Balance water (Chemicals included)
• Vacuum spa
• Check operation of spa equipment
• Inspect and clean filter cartridge - replace if necessary (Filter cartridge additional)
• If parts are needed, we will quote you material and labor to install them at the next visit unless urgent.


***We are not responsible for any fill lines, wells or damage due to adding water to your spa. If you have a water problem, please write it on your contract. Customers who are unable to have their spa filled at time of service, will be responsible to fill and start their system running.
