This project takes an old 2-car garage and converts it into living space with workshop below.

Shingles, plywood and rafters removed. 2A,B,C

30” high floor trusses are used to allow ductwork, plumbing and electrical to run through them. Installed on garage walls, the trusses cantilever 30” beyond the wall for added floor space above. 3A,B

Plywood deck installed and nailed off. 4

Walls raised and sheathed gable end roof truss installed. 5 A, B
